Modern cars are computers on wheels. When something goes wrong, the dashboard tells you a single warning light - but that light could be triggered by any of hundreds of different faults. Throwing parts at it is expensive and it doesn't always work.
We start with computer diagnostics: live data, fault codes and freeze-frame information from the moment the fault occurred. Combined with twelve-plus years of pattern recognition - we know which faults the local fleet of cars tend to throw - we can usually pin down the actual cause without wasting your money on parts that don't fix it.
Then we quote, you approve, and we fix. Brakes, clutches, cam-belts, gearboxes, exhausts, sensors, electrical work and engine rebuilds - all in-house, all backed by our 12-month / 12,000-mile labour warranty.
If a job needs specialist equipment we don't have (rare, but it happens), we'll tell you that up front rather than fudge it.

From a routine brake change to ABS module faults and corroded brake lines. We use OEM-grade parts and bed everything in properly before you collect.

Slipping clutches, dragging clutches, manual gearbox issues. Clutch replacements are a workshop staple - we know the common cars inside out.

Cam-belt & timing chain
If you're approaching the manufacturer's cam-belt interval, do not skip it. We replace cam-belts, water pumps and tensioners in one go because the labour is the same once we're in there.

Blowing exhausts, failed lambda sensors, DPF issues on diesels. We diagnose first, then quote - no shotgun part-swapping.

Engine rebuilds
If your engine has had it, we'll work out whether a rebuild or a replacement makes more economic sense - and we'll be honest about which is the better call for the value of the car.
Repairs across the East Riding
When something's not right - call.
If the car can't safely make it to us, we can get it onto a flatbed via a local recovery firm we use regularly. Worst case, we'll figure something out.
